　Terms of Sale

Bulletcreek Ranch maintains a CAE negative herd, which is tested anually. Kids are raised on prevention as well, with heat treated colostrum and pasteurized milk.  Our kids are routinely tested upon export for Johnes, Brucella Abortus, Bluetongue, Q-Fever and CAE and have consistently remained negative for disease.

 At buyer's expense we will arrange pre-purchase testing for any disease(s) requested.

We reserve the right to retain herd replacements from any breeding.  Deposits will be required to reserve an animal, $100 for doelings, 1/2 purchase price for bucklings, exports or custom breedings at time of reservation.  Should a suitable kid not be available to fill a reservation, the deposit will be refunded, or if the buyer chooses may be used for another selection.

Once the deposit is made, the buyer must make arrangements for the pick up/shipment of the kid(s) by 3 months (bucks) 4 months (does) of age.  Failure to pick up a kid at this time will result in the cancellation of purchase and forfeiture of deposit, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Weaned/Mature stock must be picked up within 15 days of deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Money order (if lost in the mail cannot be cancelled), Western Union/Money Gram or bank transfer and personal check so long as there is ample time to clear the bank are all acceptable as deposits, wire transfer or cash only at time of pick up please.
